Living organisms; Breathing glacier (2025)
Video and sound work where a glacier is animated to move as if it were breathing. The binaural sound is made from processed recordings, low frequencies, and slow rhythms. It fills the space and makes the glacier feel like a living being instead of something distant. I want the viewer to stand close to it and sense its slow struggle to hold on.
Five breathing moving images of glacier. Experimental video and soundwork where I have empathized and connected elements of human to elemtns of the glacier.
Movements are descriptions of breath and pulse. Reminders of life on a cold and barren glacier.
